    Thank you for sharing this essay, Laura. It is easy to dismiss this misogyny as merely cultural and pass over the lasting effects. My heart broke listening to the earnestness Sister Smith had as a young missionary just willing to serve. So well said. The realization later in on succinctly sums up the desire of the Ordain Women movement, no matter where you fall on the issue.
    As an aside, thank you, Jake and Tom, for this podcast. Each of the Infants is special, but I think these guys are the best. Two requests: Please have Laura on future panels. And two, more Tom and Jake!

    Upon hearing the opening act for Howard Jones. My question to Laura is was that the C96 Big Ass Show? Also loved the episode.
